Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• 1 year of outpatient adult experience required.
• VA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA only required.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: Mon-Thurs 8:00a – 5:45p.
• Weekend Requirements: None.
• On-Call Requirements: None.
• EMR: EPIC & Cedaron.
