Kansas Net Revenue Management Director

Leading Net Revenue Management initiatives across multiple Kansas hospitals, the full-time salaried Kansas Net Revenue Management Director will manage local staff, oversee AR valuation and net revenue projections, and partner with third-party revenue cycle vendors in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Direct Net Revenue Management priorities and maintain communication with regional site leadership Manage AR valuation and net revenue projections using standardized Revenue Cycle Analytics methods Oversee the Medicare cost report lifecycle, including preparation, filing, and audits Required qualifications High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in leadership, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience and 2 years in leadership Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Kodiak RCA and Medicare cost reports Experience in hiring, training, and developing staff within a Net Revenue Management environment
