Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner for a permanent opportunity with a growing primary care practice in Denton, Texas . This is a full-time, direct-hire position offering a 36-hour clinical workweek , flexibility in how those hours are scheduled, and the opportunity to deliver comprehensive primary and preventive care within a collaborative practice environment.

The position is targeted to begin mid-October 2026 or as soon as available .

Schedule

• Full-time permanent position
• 36 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling within clinic operating hours
• No predetermined weekday schedule required
• Monday–Friday clinic hours: 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
• Saturday clinic hours: 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
• Saturday clinical hours include an additional hourly differential

The Practice

Join a primary care team focused on comprehensive, longitudinal care across preventive medicine, acute concerns, and chronic disease management. The Nurse Practitioner will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients while working collaboratively with physicians and the broader care team.

Clinical responsibilities include:

• Comprehensive primary and preventive care
• Evaluation and treatment of acute conditions
• Chronic disease management
• Patient assessment, diagnosis, and development of treatment plans
• Medication management
• Diagnostic evaluation and appropriate follow-up
• Coordination and continuity of care
• Collaboration with physicians and other members of the clinical team
