⭐ Key Responsibilities Shift Leader

• Lead team members through smooth, efficient, and positive shifts

• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns with professionalism

• Uphold all food‑safety standards, including temperature control, labeling, sanitation, and TAAPHC procedures

• Support and coach team members to maintain speed, accuracy, and quality

• Oversee line setup, prep levels, restocking, and cleanliness throughout the shift

• Handle cash management, POS accuracy, and end‑of‑shift procedures

• Communicate clearly with management about staffing, inventory, or operational needs

• Foster a team environment built on respect, accountability, and consistent performance

Job Overview:

Shift Leaders play a key role in daily operations, acting as the point person for both the team and guests. In this role, they can expect to work 25–40 hours per week in a fast‑paced Mediterranean quick‑service environment. They’ll guide team members through busy periods, ensure food‑safety practices are followed, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

This position pays $15 per hour plus tips, with opportunities to grow into additional leadership responsibilities. Successful Shift Leaders are confident communicators, calm under pressure, and committed to delivering an outstanding guest experience every shift. They set the tone for the team and help create a positive, supportive atmosphere where everyone can succeed.
