Essential Job Functions:

• Drive Sales Growth: Expand market share and strengthen customer relationships across commercial, residential, and municipal markets throughout Central Oregon.
• Manage Branch Profitability: Oversee branch P&L, revenue, gross margins, inventory management, pricing strategies, and accounts receivable.
• Lead & Develop Your Team: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across inside sales, customer service, estimating, project management, warehouse, and logistics.
• Strengthen Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with local contractors, municipal agencies, and other key customers to drive customer loyalty and new business opportunities.
• Optimize Branch Operations: Partner with regional      leadership to execute annual business plans, hit critical KPIs, ensure safety, and drive operational excellence.

Qualifications include:

• 5+ years of leadership experience as a Branch Manager, General Manager, Profit Center Manager, or Sales Manager within wholesale distribution.
• Strong product knowledge and industry experience within wholesale plumbing, pipe, valves, fittings (PVF), waterworks, or underground utility supplies.
• Demonstrated success growing revenue, expanding market share, and improving profitability.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L, budgets, and financial performance.
• Proven ability to build, develop, and lead high-performing teams.
• Established track record of building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and customer service.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to set clear expectations and motivate teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business reporting tools.
• Commitment to operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.
