The Clinical Lab Director oversees operations within a clinical laboratory, ensuring efficient management, regulatory compliance, and high standards in quality control. This role primarily focuses on supervising blood bank testing processes while leading a team of laboratory professionals to maintain excellence and reliability in lab results.

 

Responsibilities

• Manage daily laboratory operations with a focus on blood bank testing
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure accurate test results
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and laboratory standards
• Supervise and provide guidance to laboratory staff

Salary starting at $80K
