Our Board-Certified, fellowship-trained ophthalmologists and skilled clinical teams are committed to delivering exceptional eye care using the latest diagnostic technology and advanced surgical techniques.Our state-of-the-art facilities include:Advanced diagnostic imaging and laser technologiesFully equipped Operating Rooms for cataract surgery, glaucoma procedures, oculoplastics, and pediatric ophthalmologyWe are currently seeking an experienced Ophthalmic Technician for an immediate, full-time career opportunity in a fast-paced, high-quality clinical environment.Key ResponsibilitiesInterview patients and accurately document ocular and medical historiesPerform routine and specialized ophthalmic testing, including: – Intraocular pressure measurements – Visual fields, PAM and BAT testing – A-Scan ultrasonography – Fundus photographyPerform OCTs, Visual Field testing, IOL Master, and Pentacam imagingObtain and document visual acuity testingPrepare and position patients for diagnostic tests and proceduresAssist physicians during diagnostic and minor surgical procedures, including: – Instrumentation – Sterile preparation – Clinical documentationAdminister topical medications and diagnostic agents as directedEducate patients on prescribed treatments and proceduresRequirementsMinimum 1–2 years of current or recent Ophthalmic Technician experience (required) Strong knowledge of ophthalmic testing and instrumentation Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume clinical setting Professional, patient-focused, and detail-orientedWhy Join TJH Ophthalmology?
