This is an exciting opportunity for recruiters who thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and want to focus exclusively on recruiting.These positions are dedicated to full-cycle recruitment and will support a wide range of openings across multiple business functions and locations. Depending on experience level, recruiters may support everything from entry-level and operations-focused hiring to management and director-level searches.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting for a high volume of open positions across multiple departments and locationsSource, screen, and qualify candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruiting platformsPartner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategiesConduct candidate interviews and manage the hiring process from initial outreach through offer stageMaintain accurate candidate records and pipeline activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needsCoordinate interviews and candidate communications throughout the hiring processProvide a high-touch candidate experience while ensuring timely movement through the recruitment processQualificationsPrevious full-cycle recruiting experience requiredExperience recruiting in a high-volume environment preferredStrong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and IndeedExperience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneouslySelf-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and accountabilityPreferred QualificationsExperience recruiting for professional, operations, management, or corporate positionsBachelor's degree preferred but not requiredExperience with Oracle, Taleo, or other enterprise ATS platforms is a plusDetermining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
