Responsibilities

• Connect with customer to discuss their insurance needs and coverage gaps.
• Explain various policy options clearly and honestly so clients feel confident in their decisions.
• Develop personalized insurance quotes that accurately reflect the needs of each household.
• Follow up with potential clients to answer questions and provide ongoing support.
• Meet Agency's goal.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Texas Property and Casualty insurance license (or ability to obtain one within 30 days).
• Strong comfort level with initiating conversations and building rapport with new people.
• Basic computer skills.
• Genuine interest in helping families protect what they value most.
• Prior experience in customer service or retail is helpful but not mandatory.
