Behavioral Health Therapist – ACT – Full Time Salary Range: Master’s Level Unlicensed: $58,011 - $69,618 annually Master’s Level Licensed: $66,040 - $79,217 annually. Location: Larimer County, Colorado. Status: Full time, 40 hours per week. Hours: Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm). Role Overview We are hiring for a Therapist for our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) and Specialized Treatment Services (STS) Teams. The ACT and STS teams are multidisciplinary, consisting of case managers, therapists, providers, medical assistants, and nursing staff. ACT and STS clients often do not succeed in typical outpatient services and need dynamic approaches and interventions to achieve stability. Specialized Treatment Services works with clients with serious and persistent mental illness, co‑occurring diagnoses, and those involved in the criminal justice system. The STS Team also supports clients navigating the competency process. Assertive Community Treatment is designed to develop and provide high‑quality, community‑focused behavioral health services to improve the everyday lives of those with serious and persistent mental illnesses. Essential Duties Provide action‑oriented brief therapy to clients starting services. Provide evidence‑based treatment for a range of mental health and substance use disorders. Provide ongoing assessments, crisis intervention, and case management to clients and their families. Develop and monitor service plans, track treatment progress, and maintain clinical documentation and reporting data. Coordinate services within a treatment team model with internal and external services. Adapt service delivery to meet client needs. Required Qualifications Master’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university. At least 1 year of experience providing individual and group therapy. Proficient with computers and telehealth systems. Certified Addiction Specialist (CAS), Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC), or willingness to pursue a CAS or LAC. Valid Colorado driver’s license; ability to drive company vehicle and occasionally use personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed). Highly Desired Licensure (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT). CAS or LAC. Experience with mild to severe mental illness and substance use disorders. Previous multi‑disciplinary team experience. Bilingual/Bicultural.
