Job Overview

In collaboration with the Manager and Supervisor, as well as the radiologists, the technologist is expected to maintain a professional demeanor while addressing patient needs. This role involves supporting colleagues in delivering high-quality patient care. The technologist will perform duties in line with established standards of practice and will showcase proficiency in reducing radiation exposure for patients, themselves, and other healthcare team members.

Qualifications

• Education:
  • Completion of post-secondary specialized training
  • Graduation from an accredited Radiology program
• Licensure/Certification/Registration:
  • Certified Radiologic Technologist license from the state of Florida
  • ARRT certification
  • BLS certification
• Special Skills/Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
