In this role, you’ll help lead the medical team, support quality patient care, and keep operations running smoothly in a structured correctional healthcare setting. Qualifications What You’ll Do Coordinate and oversee daily healthcare operations Serve as the clinical leader and primary point of contact for the medical team Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to nursing staff Help ensure patients receive timely, compassionate, and quality care Collaborate with facility leadership and the healthcare team Support staffing, scheduling, documentation, and clinical processes Lead by example while creating a positive, team-focused environment Why This Role Stands Out Leadership without losing your nursing roots.
