This is not an administrative-only position. You\'ll be immersed in all aspects of our operation, learning the business from the ground up while making a direct and lasting impact. What we are looking for : Strong leadership and communication skills The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment At least 1 year of management experience in a furniture distribution center What You'll Do Oversee and participate in daily warehouse operations: prepping, picking, shipping, and delivery Lead by example by working side-by-side with your team when needed Train, coach, and rebuild warehouse and delivery teams with a focus on accountability, performance, and culture Monitor quality standards and inspect inbound/outbound orders Coordinate route deliveries with Branch Managers to ensure smooth, efficient service Lead weekly Operations/Sales calls to align cross-functional teams Handle delivery issues creatively and proactively Manage triage, inspect returned products, and approve inventory for restocking Who You Are A proactive problem solver who doesn\'t shy away from a challenge A hands-on leader who isn\'t afraid to jump in to get the job done A team builder who can inspire and develop a crew that delivers results Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills Detail-oriented and highly organized with excellent planning and time management skills Physically capable —able to lift up to 75 lbs., climb stairs, and stay active throughout the day Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Qualifications Previous experience managing a furniture warehouse (residential) strongly preferred Proven leadership in team rebuilding and operational improvement Forklift certified or willing to obtain AFR certification Familiar with budgeting, scheduling, and managing operational KPI Our Commitment to Diversity Diversity ensures the success of our careers, and our lives.
