Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: Nashua, NH (On-Site)
Pay Rate: $40-$50 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time On-Site Monday-Friday

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support a busy manufacturing company in Nashua, NH. This role serves as the primary HR contact for site leadership and employees, partnering closely with operations to ensure a positive employee experience and compliant, efficient HR processes.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, production-driven environment and enjoys being visible and accessible on the plant floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site HR partner for plant leadership and employees
• Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, coaching, and conflict resolution
• Oversee full-cycle recruiting for production and salaried roles
• Administer onboarding, offboarding, and new hire orientation
• Support performance management and corrective action processes
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Maintain accurate HRIS records and employee files
• Coordinate benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries
• Track and report HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, headcount)
• Support engagement initiatives and employee communications

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
• Experience supporting hourly workforce populations
• Comfortable working fully on-site in a plant environment
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work independently and partner effectively with operations leadership
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification a plus
