Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare metal surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed
- Operate powder coating equipment safely and efficiently
- Apply powder coatings according to company specifications and quality standards
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and consistency
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Previous powder coating or industrial painting experience required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
