Qualified candidates will have the following experience and skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Location: On-Site in Draper, UT Schedule: Full-time | 8 hours/day | 40 hours/week 6 month W2 Contract Pay Rate: $19/hr Position Overview We’re seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Banking Specialist to join our FS Call & Operations team in Draper, UT. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with financial data, and is committed to accuracy and quality. Key Responsibilities Data Entry: Accurately input financial and customer information into internal systems. Reconciliations: Perform daily account and transaction reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy. Monetary Transactions: Process deposits, withdrawals, and other financial movements with precision and compliance. Form Reviewing: Examine and validate banking forms for completeness and correctness. Quality Assurance: Conduct audits and checks to maintain high standards of data integrity and compliance. Documentation: Maintain organized records of transactions and communications. Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in financial data. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to support operational goals and customer satisfaction.
