The Research Associate 3 will adhere to Baptist Health South Florida (BHSF) guidelines when presenting research outcomes and ensure that the highest quality of research is performed. Estimated salary range for this position is $58,494.88 - $76,043.34 per year depending on experience. Qualifications Master's degree required. Candidates with PhD or MD degrees, especially those who completed residency programs, are preferred. CITI certification required within 30 days of hire. Minimum required experience: 5 years. Highly organized with strong analytical, research, math, and statistical skills and prior experience in an academic or scientific setting.
