JOB SUMMARY:

Monitor and oversee ATM cash by analyzing data, reviewing cash levels, and ensuring to the best of our ability the machine does not run out of money.

SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

Cash forecasting and cash management of Outsource ATMs. Order cash for a given portfolio based on data history and trend analysis with a goal to maintain a low residual percentage based on returned cash. Monitor and project cash outages and schedule emergency cash fills. Ensure regular cash fills are done on time, problem solve with bank and couriers if issues. Work with IRC, Dispatch, and Couriers on new installations. Work on cycle changes with the couriers to ensure the company’s best interests are met. Maintain database integrity. Identify and recommend efficiency improvements. Operate as a team player and help to unify the team. Performs other related duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: (Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities) High School Degree / GED, Associates Degree in Accounting preferred 2+ years’ experience in a professional accounting position; or 4+ years of experience in an accounting / finance position with no degree. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or relevant systems. Operate within the corporate policy guidelines and business practices. Results oriented and demonstrated strong sense of urgency. Excellent communication skills, written/verbal with internal and external contacts. Proven ability to be organized, detailed, multi-tasker, critical thinker, accurate, thorough and a problem-solver. Ability to adapt to change in the workplace or assignment of duties.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to talk and hear. Required to frequently sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The Team Member is occasionally required to lift and/or move 10 pounds, sit; stoop, bend and kneel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, etc. This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, or 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, occasional overtime required.
