Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
3-5 years of experience as a Digital Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role in enterprise environments
Hands-on experience delivering Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Viva
- Microsoft Copilot experience strongly preferred
At least 1 year of applied AI or GenAI product experience within enterprise collaboration or productivity solutions
Strong experience managing SDLC execution, product backlogs, and cross-team delivery efforts
Proven experience leading organizational change and adoption initiatives at scale
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills within regulated enterprise environments
