As a Marketing Content Specialist, you are responsible for developing and managing content across blogs, website copy, email, social media, ads, and sales enablement collateral that tells the CREtelligent story and drives engagement. This is a career growth position giving you the opportunity to shape our brand voice, sharpen your craft across channels, and grow into broader marketing and communications roles across the organization.We offer a welcoming, relaxed office environment, friendly, team-oriented colleagues who support one another, plus a hybrid schedule (3 days a week in office), competitive salary, comprehensive health and wellness benefits, generous paid time off plus company holidays, a 401(k) with employer contribution, and real room to grow your career.How You’ll Make an ImpactCreate and manage the content calendar, ensuring a steady, coordinated flow of content across channels.Develop and execute communications plans that align with marketing and sales priorities.Write and edit emails, newsletters, nurture sequences, sales outreach, scripts, talk tracks, and ad campaign copy.Develop blog posts, ebooks, sales enablement collateral, and website copy that engage and convert target audiences.Create social media content and support day-to-day activity across our social channels.Collaborate on content strategy and apply SEO best practices to improve reach and discoverability.Conduct audience and competitor research to inform messaging and positioning.Brief designers on visuals and support graphic creation as needed to bring content to life.Partner with sales, marketing, and subject-matter experts to keep content accurate, on-brand, and on time.Qualifications3+ years’ experience in content marketing, copywriting, communications, or a related field.2+ years’ experience writing and editing across multiple formats (blogs, email, web, social, and ads).Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong command of grammar and brand voice.Experience developing and managing a content calendar across multiple channels.Working knowledge of SEO best practices and content performance fundamentals.Familiarity with marketing and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.Experience with commercial real estate, PropTech, or B2B technology preferred.Strong project management skills and the ability to balance multiple deadlines.Comfortable collaborating with designers, sales, and cross-functional teams.A creative self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field preferred.BenefitsAt CREtelligent, we believe that working hard and working fast doesn’t have to come at the expense of a healthy work-life balance.
