Senior .NET Backend Engineer - APIs, Azure, Hybrid

EOS Worldwide is searching for a talented and experienced Senior Backend Software Developer to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in crafting robust, scalable backend services using the .NET framework, ensuring a seamless user experience for our core business applications. Here’s what you’ll do: Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable code using C# and the .NET framework. Implement robust backend services and APIs to support web and mobile applications. Collaborate closely with front‑end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to bring projects to life. Participate in code reviews, providing valuable feedback to your peers. Write and maintain unit tests to guarantee code quality and reliability. Stay on top of industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Proactively suggest improvements to streamline processes and systems. We’re looking for someone with: A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). At least 7 years of backend development experience using the .NET framework. A proven track record in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices. Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and Entity Framework. A solid understanding of SQL and experience with relational databases like SQL Server. Experience with cloud platforms (ideally Microsoft Azure). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (Terraform experience is a plus). Bonus points if you have: A functional understanding of front‑end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks, especially Vue.js). Experience with other programming languages (Python, Golang). Experience integrating third‑party APIs (Stripe, Postmark, Hubspot, etc.). A passion for clean, readable, and maintainable code. Excellent problem‑solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
