What You'll Do Decision making is evidenced in supervisory records and subject to regulatory scrutiny. Partner and serve as a resource to other Field Supervision Directors. Advance knowledge and expertise of industry regulations and firm policies. Guide Branch Teams in building a successful and compliant business. What Experience You'll Need FINRA Series 7 license is required. FINRA Series 66 license or equivalent is required. FINRA Series 24 license is required. FINRA Series 9 & 10 are required. Leadership, analytical, investigative, and decision-making skills are required. What Could Set You Apart Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 6 years of industry experience or 4 years of supervisory experience. Candidates that live within commutable distance from Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week.
