Community Therapy Services is seeking passionate and experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide high‑quality therapy services to infants and toddlers in home and community settings. Under the guidance of our Clinical Regional Managers, you’ll assess, treat, and support children with developmental and physical disabilities and collaborate closely with a dynamic interdisciplinary team. Immediate openings | In‑home and community‑based services What You’ll Do Evaluate and Diagnose : Assess communication skills (articulation, fluency, voice, language) and develop individualized treatment plans. Treat & Support : Deliver speech therapy to infants and toddlers; instruct families in communication strategies. Collaborate : Work alongside Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Child Development Specialists. Supervise : Guide and support CFs, SLPAs, and CDS staff while maintaining state and ASHA compliance. Communicate : Keep families informed of progress while ensuring confidentiality. Administrative Responsibilities Complete timely assessment reports and treatment updates. Manage scheduling and maintain records in the company’s management system. Mentor junior staff and lead caregiver meetings on communication development. Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) – Antelope Valley, CA (Immediate Opening) Position Overview Under the supervision of Clinical Regional Managers, the SLP provides speech and language services to clients in home and community settings, conducts evaluations, and offers caregiver training. The SLP also supervises assistants, students, and staff. Key Responsibilities Assess communication skills to diagnose disorders and develop treatment recommendations. Collaborate with OT, PT, and Child Development Specialists. Provide treatment for communication skills in infants/toddlers with developmental or physical disabilities. Supervise CFs, SLPAs, and CDS staff, ensuring compliance with state and ASHA standards. Communicate client progress to staff and caregivers, maintaining confidentiality. Develop and instruct alternative communication strategies. Administrative Duties Submit timely assessment and progress reports.
