Service Scheduler/Customer Service Representative Express is looking for a Service Scheduler for our client in Reading, PA. The company is looking to hire the right people and offers career growth for their employees! Pay: $18.00-$22.00/hr depending on experience. Benefits: Holiday and vacation pay, health insurance, vision, dental, 401(k), and more! Shift: 1st shift Monday through Friday (8am-5pm). Location: Reading, PA. Responsibilities of the Service Scheduler/Customer Service Representative: Schedule service, pick up, and delivery of different jobs Answering customer calls and making specialized recommendations for customers Ordering parts and managing stock counts to maintain supply Other duties as assigned Qualifications of the Service Scheduler/Customer Service Representative: 4+ years in scheduling and customer service experience required Ability to learn company specific software required, Microsoft Word and Excel experience a plus Must have people skills and good phone manners This is a full time opportunity with a small, team centered office that celebrates success.
