AirHeads HVAC is looking to hire a full-time Experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to represent our company while going into our Copperas Cove, TX clients' homes to provide maintenance, help with installs, and service on residential heating and air conditioning systems, according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. If so, please read on!We offer this position an hourly wage of $25.00 - $40.00, depending on experience, plus spiffs and bonuses! The typical work schedule is 7:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday - Friday (weekends, overtime, and evenings are required occasionally). We also provide excellent benefits that include paid vacation, holidays, Roth IRA company match, health insurance, company phone, vehicle, and uniform, continuous company paid training, and year-round work! There will be an additional bonus of $5000 for 5 or more years of experience and $3000 for 3 to 5 years of experience. This bonus will be paid out over the next year at 90 days, 180 days, and last of all 365 days. Being a smaller company with a tight-knit group of employees, we easily get along. QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN EXPERIENCED RESIDENTIAL HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN3 + years service experienceEPA CertificationHigh school diploma or its equivalentValid driver's license and insurable driving recordAble to pass a background check and drug screeningAble to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprintsFamiliarity with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques (making repairs, replacements, and doing tune-upsAbility to acquire a low voltage license within 2 years of employmentAbility to acquire NATE certifications within 1 year of employmentKnowledge of basic sheet metal practices, air balancing principles, and safetyWillingness to attend continuing education training and seminarsUniversal EPA certification, certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School, NATE certification, 3 to 5 years of industry experience, and having your own tools are a plus!
