Seeking PRN Illinois-licensed Physical Therapist to join our team. We are a multidisciplinary, musculoskeletal, positive atmosphere, community-based practice. Provide therapy and rehabilitation services to patients in our outpatient physical therapy clinic. New Grads are Welcome. Qualifications: BS or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from a physical therapy program approved by the American Therapy Association. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (AED). Current Physical Therapy License for state of operation, Illinois. Basic computer skills. They will be responsible for coordinating with other healthcare professionals working with their patients. Perform initial and ongoing physical therapy evaluations according to APTA standards of practice as well as state standards. Develop Plan of Treatment, including short and long term goals, and collaborate with other staff members. #J-18808-Ljbffr
