Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

Location Kennewick, WA

Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule Shift: Nights (36 guaranteed hours/week, with weekend hours)

Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery to join our team. The Labor and Delivery unit provides comprehensive care for mothers and newborns, including labor management, triage, and postpartum care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to women during labor and delivery.
• Monitor maternal and fetal well-being using appropriate technology.
• Support and educate patients and families throughout the birthing process.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for mothers and infants.
• Assist in triage and emergency situations as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of Washington.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent acute care experience.
• Required certifications: Fetal Monitoring, ACLS, BLS, NRP.
• Experience in OR circulation, mother/baby care, and triage preferred.
