Senior Backend Engineer - AI Training & Experimentation
Lightningai
Lightning AI is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to design and scale backend systems powering AI workflows. You will work across distributed training infrastructure, workload orchestration, experiment management, and platform APIs, partnering with cross-functional teams.
This role offers a hybrid work model with 2 in-office days per week in one of our hubs (San Francisco, NYC, or London). Visa sponsorship is not available at this time.
