Hospitalist - Physician

Join a dedicated team as an Internal Medicine Hospitalist in Los Angeles, CA, providing high-quality patient care in a hospital setting. Key Responsibilities Include Collaborating with a team of physicians and hospital departments to ensure seamless patient care and community health initiatives. Participating in patient management without requiring procedures, and engaging in rapid response and code teams with basic and advanced cardiovascular life support training. Utilizing EPIC and other informatics platforms for documentation and coordination. Qualifications Board-certified or eligible in internal medicine, including new graduates, residents, and fellows. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with PCPs, specialists, patients, and families. Business-minded with interest in operational and financial aspects of hospital medicine. Flexible, open to feedback, and committed to patient-centered care and practice operations. Work Environment Full-time position with a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation, primarily day shifts with some night shifts.
