In this fulfilling role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our nursing staff is well‑coordinated and supported. You'll gain invaluable skills in staff management, scheduling, and employee development while enjoying a positive work culture. Key Responsibilities Create monthly nurse and CNA schedules to ensure optimal coverage. Resolve call‑offs by finding necessary coverage for Nurse and CNA staff. Manage the new hire process for CNAs, including interviews, onboarding coordination, training, and pass offs. Monitor Nurse and CNA breaks, CNA charting, shower completion, and daily PPD. Manage CNA team Lead employee development initiatives and performance improvement plans for CNAs. Coordinate with the Director of Nursing on disciplinary actions. Manage attendance and job completion for CNAs. Process Improvement Build systems that foster CNA growth and enhance operational efficiency.
