employees) * Paid time off and career development opportunities Responsibilities As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will: * Provide skilled nursing care to adult and geriatric clients in accordance with individualized care plans * Complete approximately 5–6 patient visits per day within a designated territory

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing evaluations
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and disease management

interventions * Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and improve health outcomes * Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure exceptional patient care * Accurately document patient care and clinical outcomes Qualifications

• Current New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience preferred
• Previous home health experience is welcomed but not required
• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation to travel throughout Monmouth County

Additional Information Base Pay, depending upon qualifications, status, and subject to negotiation:

• 65.00-$75.00 per point ($101,400- $117,000 annual earning potential)
