**Product Owner / Product Consultant Auto Fleet Management** (JOB-75968)
Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid)
W2 and C2C
Experience: 8+ years
**Required Skills:**
8+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Consultant, or Senior Business Analyst.
Strong Auto Fleet Management experience mandatory.
Experience leading digital product initiatives across customer-facing and internal business applications.
Strong experience defining product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and product priorities.
Experience gathering and translating business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, use cases, BRDs, and functional specifications.
Strong experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including backlog management, refinement, sprint planning, and release planning.
Experience partnering with Scrum Masters, Architects, Developers, QA teams, Business SMEs, and senior leadership.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience supporting UAT, production deployments, defect triage, and post-release monitoring.
Experience defining KPIs, analyzing product performance, and making data-driven recommendations.
Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and Miro or similar collaboration tools.
Experience working with distributed onshore and offshore delivery teams.
**Preferred Skills:**
Automotive Finance experience.
Experience supporting Digital Transformation programs.
Knowledge of APIs, integrations, cloud technologies, and data platforms.
Experience with AI/GenAI initiatives.
Knowledge of SAFe Agile framework.
CSPO, SAFe POPM, PMP, CBAP, or related certifications preferred.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's Degree preferred.
