With 18 established locations, over 35 optometrists, and 5 ophthalmologists, our organization continues to grow rapidly while maintaining a strong reputation for clinical excellence and patient-centered care.
Due to continued growth and increasing surgical demand, we are seeking a BC/BE Cataract Surgeon to join our expanding team. This is an outstanding opportunity to step into immediate, high-volume surgical and clinical cataract practice within a well-established referral network.

State-of-the-Art Ambulatory Surgery Center Practice in a newly developed ASC featuring 6 modern operating rooms, advanced surgical technology, efficient workflows, and highly trained support staff dedicated to physician success.
Established Referral Network Grene Vision Group has built a strong regional reputation, attracting patients from across Kansas and surrounding communities — with many patients traveling significant distances for high-quality ophthalmic care.
Collaborative, Physician-Focused Culture Work alongside experienced ophthalmologists, optometrists, highly skilled technicians, and supportive on-site leadership in a collaborative environment focused on exceptional patient outcomes.
Dedicated Physician Support Benefit from an on-site physician liaison dedicated to strengthening referral relationships and supporting practice growth within the community.

Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed base salary for 2 years plus production model
- Commencement bonus and relocation assistance
- 20 days PTO
