Key Responsibilities Own the case from intake to settlement – Oversee every case detail, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Be the liaison between clients & attorneys – Keep clients informed, answer their questions, and provide reassurance throughout every stage of their case. Coordinate medical treatment – Ensure clients are receiving the necessary medical care and track progress to maximize case value. Review & analyze medical records – Summarize treatments, assess damages, and prepare detailed case files for demand submission. Verify insurance coverage & liability – Communicate with adjusters, track claims, and ensure all policies and claims are maximized. Prepare cases for demand & negotiation – Work with attorneys to draft compelling demand packages that drive strong settlements. Track deadlines & manage case workflow – Keep everything running on time, ensuring that no detail is missed. What You Bring to the Table Proven experience in personal injury case management – You know the ins and outs of handling PI cases like a pro. Exceptional communication skills – You can break down complex legal matters for clients in a way that makes them feel confident and supported. Superior organizational abilities – You thrive in high‑volume environments and can juggle multiple cases without missing a beat. Problem‑solving mindset – You see challenges as opportunities and find creative solutions to get results. Tech‑savvy & detail‑oriented – Experience with case management software (Filevine, Salesforce, Clio, CasePEER or similar) is a plus! Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required.
