Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and patient needs. Provide therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions. Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and available treatment options. Participate in case conferences and team meetings to discuss patient care strategies. Stay current with advancements in mental health treatment and incorporate evidence-based practices into care delivery. Advocate for patients’ needs and rights within the healthcare system. Qualifications Education: Associate's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution. Licenses/Certification: Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) or equivalent in the state of practice. Experience: Minimum of 6 months of clinical experience in a behavioral health setting. Experience working with diverse populations, including adolescents, adults, and substance use disorders.
