Airtable Project Manager

We are seeking a client-facing Airtable Specialist with strong hands‑on expertise in Airtable to design, build, and optimize scalable no‑code solutions. This role requires direct stakeholder engagement, translating business needs into technical workflows, and delivering reliable, high‑impact systems. The ideal candidate combines execution with strategic thinking and excels in dynamic environments. Responsibilities Design, build, and enhance solutions using Airtable (bases, automations, interfaces, permissions, integrations) Troubleshoot issues and support day‑to‑day workflow enablement Maintain and optimize databases, automations, and system performance Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and present solutions Identify workflow gaps and recommend scalable improvements Participate in client meetings and drive solution alignment Ensure governance, data integrity , and compliance standards Document workflows and promote best practices for maintainability Qualifications 5+ years in digital, systems, or no‑code solution delivery 3+ years of hands‑on Airtable experience (MUST HAVE) Strong client‑facing experience with excellent communication skills Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Experience managing multiple workstreams in fast‑paced environments Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Preferred: Airtable certifications , exposure to no‑code/AI platforms #J-18808-Ljbffr CONFLUX SYSTEMS
