Behavioral Health Professional

Location: Battle Creek, Michigan

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule or Shift: Days, 12-hour shift from 7a-7p, with weekends and holidays as assigned.

Job Description: We are seeking a qualified candidate for a 12-hour day shift role in a beautiful, state-of-the-art behavioral health hospital. The facility serves adults age 18 and older presenting a variety of behavioral health concerns.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to adult patients with mental health and behavioral disorders.
• Administer medications using Pyxis and maintain accurate patient records through Epic charting.
• Engage in family therapy, group therapy, and individual therapy sessions.
• Adapt to requests to float to different units as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of recent behavioral health experience.
• Must be licensed in Michigan at the time of application.
• Care certification is preferred.
