We are adding internship-trained or experienced emergency veterinarians who have developed an interest in emergency medicine and soft tissue surgery. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is friendly, collaborative, compassionate , and dedicated to patients and their owners. Salary and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of $180,000 to $220,000+ for full-time, experienced ER DVMs! Sign-on, relocation, and retention bonuses are also available for a smooth transition. You’ll also work alongside our in-house specialty surgeons, Dr. Trey Townsend and Dr. Lindsey Lavin, as well as our new Internist, Dr. Juliana Picard. In addition, you’ll have opportunities to collaborate with a broad network of specialists across Ethos. We have friendly and well-trained support staff, with several credentialed technicians. Jaime Maher, CVT, VTS (ECC, Anesthesia), leads our technician development as our Technician Training Manager. Our Hospital Director, Rebecca Schmitt, who is also a Licensed Mental Health Counselor , helps drive our strong culture of wellness and work-life balance.
