Responsibilities Title: Physical Therapist Location / Work Environment: In facility Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab As a Physical Therapist, you help patients get well. You assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy. You design individualized programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities, train patients and caregivers for independence, and collaborate with peers while making referrals as needed. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. If the qualifying Physical Therapy degree was earned outside the U.S., it must be evaluated as the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.
