We are expanding our team and are seeking compassionate, organized, and team-oriented Licensed Speech Therapists (STs) for multiple territories. AVAILABLE TERRITORIES & PAY STRUCTURE

We are hiring for three separate territories. Compensation is based on experience and territory assignment: * Alameda County & West Contra Costa County Pay Rate: $125,000 – $146,000 per year DOE Coverage Area: Oakland/San Leandro/Berkeley/Richmond/San Pablo * East Contra Costa County Pay Rate: $125,000 – $146,000 per year DOE Coverage Area: Antioch/Pittsburg/Brentwood * TriValley Area Pay Rate: $125,000 – $146,000 per year DOE Coverage Area: Dublin/Livermore/Pleasanton/San Ramon/Danville

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Provide in-home speech therapy services in accordance with the individualized plan of care.

• Perform evaluations and ongoing assessments to support patient progress.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and

quality of life. * Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Current California Speech Therapy License (Required)
• Home Health Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Current CA Driver’s License
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in the field
