Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate daily service routes to support timely, efficient customer service.

• Partner with service and call center teams to maintain smooth operations.

• Use data and technology to improve routing, productivity, and efficiency.

• Communicate across departments to resolve issues and adjust to changing schedules.

What We’re Looking For

• Highly organized, accurate, and dependable.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Comfortable working with processes, data, and changing priorities.

• Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office and willing to learn new systems.

Qualifications

Skill Requirements...

• Skilled at coordinating complex routing schedules under pressure.

• Relentless about meeting commitments and delivering great service.

• Collaborative, clear, and comfortable communicator across all levels of the business.

• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office; quick to learn new systems.

• Agile enough to adjust processes and keep operations running smoothly.

• We will consider for employment all qualified applicants in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws.

Preferred: Experience in logistics, routing, or supply chain. Also Welcome: Recent college graduates with customer service experience who enjoy organization, technology, and data-driven problem solving.

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

• Must be comfortable sitting at a desk and working with a computer, keyboard, telephone, and other office equipment for extended periods of time.

• Be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
