Role Overview We are looking for Pharmacy Managers – also without prior nuclear pharmacy experience – who want to build a career in PET radiopharmaceuticals and become experts in one of the fastest growing areas of medical imaging. No nuclear experience required – We will train pharmacy managers to become an authorized user. Paid Training + Authorized User Certification Nationwide relocation assistance Hands‑on instruction in PET radiopharmaceutical production Full support toward achieving Authorized User (AU) status Key Responsibilities Manages operational support for production of radionuclides Prepares and tests radiopharmaceuticals Maintains inventory Manages P&L responsibilities Supervises employees, including HR functions Ensures compliance with regulatory commitments (cGMP, radiation safety, pharmacy laws, corporate policies, federal, state and local authorities) Maintains performance of aseptic techniques, sterility test and pyrogen testing per SOP Manages performance of QC procedures using analytical equipment and chemical tests per SOP Manages applicable documents and records Prepares and ships radioactive materials per procedure and licensing authorities requirements Opens, maintains, and operates cyclotron, chemistry modules, QC equipment and associated software Ensures site is clean, orderly and safe Provides exemplary customer service, including telephone support and customer visits as necessary Provides personnel training and staff development Qualifications Pharmacy management experience (required) Sterile compounding lab management experience (required) Management of multiple exempt and non‑exempt employees (required) Strong customer relations skills Working knowledge of MS Windows applications Ability to handle 100 lb. packages supervisory duties Effective communication skills and ability to interpret and follow complex instructions Independent and cross‑functional teamwork ability Preferred Experience: Experience with nuclear pharmacy Theranostics and radiopharmaceutical production Chemistry and aseptic technique Quality control and regulatory compliance Pay & Benefits Base pay range for this position is: $147,740 - $203,137. Pay may vary based on geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
