Key Responsibilities

- Engage producers in media training, crisis communication, social media, speaking opportunities, and industry events.
- Represent Dairy West at relevant agricultural, promotional, and educational events.
- Collaborate with Dairy West teams and industry partners to advance programs that benefit dairy producers and strengthen consumer confidence in dairy.
- Maintain accurate producer and allied industry information in Salesforce.
- Monitor program outcomes, assist with budget management, and ensure responsible stewardship of farmer investments.

- Experience in agriculture, dairy, producer relations, account management, education, training, consulting, or a related field.
- Strong relationship-building, listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort speaking with individuals and groups in farm, community, and industry settings.
- Ability to work independently, manage changing priorities, and maintain consistent follow-through.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and customer relationship management systems such as Salesforce.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to maintain insurability under Dairy West’s automobile insurance requirements.
