Quality Technician II

CTG's long-standing Fortune 500 client of over 15 years has a W2 contract assignment for a Quality Technician II. Type: Contract Job Title: Quality Technician II Location: Remote, must be able to work either 6AM-3PM or 7AM-4PM Monday-Friday Pay Rate: $21.26/hour-$26.39/hour Work Hours: M-F 8am-5pm Education: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field preferred Description Support customers and internal teams with quality and regulatory inquiries, customer complaints, and audit requests . Triage, prioritize, document, and elevate quality issues while coordinating with Quality, Regulatory, Customer Service, Sales, and other cross-functional teams. Requirements 2-4 years of customer-facing experience Quality, Regulatory, manufacturing, medical device, or clinical industry experience preferred Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and escalation skills Ability to manage time-sensitive requests and multiple priorities Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly ETQ, SharePoint, Salesforce, SAP, or PeopleSoft experience a plus Reports/metrics, continuous improvement, or multilingual skills a plus Qualifications Quality and regulatory practices knowledge Professional written and verbal communication Strong judgment, organization, teamwork, and attention to detail Additional Information No third party resumes will be accepted Drug testing and/or other employment-related inquiries may be conducted CTG will consider for employment-qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
