• Active RN license for the state of Texas or compact equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit
• Current BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications
• Strong clinical skills in managing critically ill pediatric patients
• Experience with advanced monitoring and respiratory equipment
