A local family owned business for over 45 years is looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and experienced Automotive Service manager who can quickly advance to the Store manager level. Excellent people skills and customer service are the key to success in this position. The Service Manager / Manager in Training is responsible for selling tires and automotive service while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction. He/she is also responsible for informing customers about our inspection and diagnostic options, informing them of the inspection results, and up selling tires, service, and manufacturers scheduled maintenance. Job Requirements: Experience in selling tires and automotive service. Experience successfully managing a crew of 6 to 9 people to exceed sales and profit objectives. Major focus on customer satisfaction and ensuring an excellent customer experience Basic understanding of business management Team oriented, flexible, and leadership skills Valid and current Driver’s license Must be able to pass a drug screen Available to work a 5 day work week that include Saturday and Sunday ASE or Automotive experience is a plus College degree preferred We are an equal opportunity employer #J-18808-Ljbffr Discount Tire & Service Centers
