Sales Representative
- Location: On-Site, Grand Junction, CO 81505
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: $18.00 - $24.00
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:00am-5:00pm AND Friday 8:00am-12:00pm

XLR is a U.S. based manufacturer of world-class rifle chassis, components, and accessories. If you're passionate about the shooting sports industry and want to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment, this is the place to be. We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the XLR team, managing orders, and assisting customers in finding the products they need.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels
- Manage customer accounts
- Process, track, and manage sales orders
- Provide product information and recommendations
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up tasks
- Support the overall sales team with administrative and customer-service tasks
Qualifications
- Firearms knowledge and experience strongly preferred
- Background in hunting, precision rifle shooting, or competitive shooting is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Customer service or sales experience preferred
- Must work on-site at XLR (this is not a remote position)
