Mortgage Loan Closer

Description:The Mortgage Loan Closer performs full-service mortgage loan closing duties. Accurately prepare closing document packages to meet all underwriting, investor and compliance requirements. Ensure all title objections are addressed and will be satisfied prior to or at closing. Timely and effective communication with all parties involved in the transaction. Coordinate timing of closing with banker, ensure we meet contract dates and/or lock exp.Verify that all check and general ledger entries are set up correctly in to ensure accurate accounting recordsPrioritize workload to maximize efficiency and production. Assist with other duties as needed.Requirements:Required Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Required work experience: Two years of mortgage related experience working with processing purchase or refinance applications, clearing title, generating closing disclosures and closing documents. Technology Skills: Word, Excel, DU, DO, LP, origination software, basic internet skills Required skills or traits for this position: Professional communication skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work independently, desire to learn and contribute, able to work in a fast paced, stressful environment PI7b3b5b1a706e-25403-40655628
