Job Summary:
The On-Site Services Specialist is responsible for providing daily operations support in mailroom, copy, scanning, and document management services. The role includes handling high-volume print and imaging equipment, processing incoming and outgoing mail, shipping and receiving materials, and supporting general office services in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate high-volume copier, scanning, and document imaging equipment
• Perform copying, binding, finishing, and document preparation tasks
• Process incoming and outgoing mail, including USPS, FedEx, Amazon, and internal distribution
• Sort, date stamp, and distribute mail by department
• Prepare and meter outgoing mail using postage systems
• Assist with scanning, indexing, and electronic document management systems
• Maintain copier equipment by clearing jams, performing basic troubleshooting, and reporting issues
• Track supplies, maintain inventory, and generate basic operational reports
• Provide shipping and receiving support for office materials and supplies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of mailroom and copier areas
• Support meeting room setup, office moves, and light building support tasks as needed
• Follow established procedures for file handling, archiving, and document storage
• Respond to customer and internal requests in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-2 years of experience in mailroom, copy center, or office support role preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, document systems)
• Ability to operate office equipment (copiers, scanners, postage machines, fax, etc.)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and bending
