Job Description:


- Position: Nursing Role (BLS, ACLS)
- Shift: Monday to Friday, 06:30 AM - 03:00 PM (Flexible)
- Call Responsibilities:
- Based on department needs
- Currently 1-2 call shifts per week on weeknights
- Weekend Requirement:
- 2 weekend days every 4-week schedule
- Holiday Coverage:
- Christmas Eve

Qualifications:
- Experience Required:
- DaVinci robotics
- Orthopedics (total joints, sports medicine, spine)
- Urology
- General surgery
- Endoscopy (EGD/Colonoscopies)
- EPIC electronic health record system
- Travel experience
- Flexibility to float onsite:
- Within skill set
- To sites within 40 miles if needed

Licensing Requirements:
- Nursys registration

Onboarding Requirements:
- Ascension Specialty Exam
- Ascension Core Competencies
- Ascension EKG Exam
- Ascension Unit Specific Checklist
- Ascension Education Verification
- COVID-19 Vaccine
- Additional health requirements (MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, Varicella, Tdap)

Professional Requirements:
- Driver's License/State ID
- 2 Professional References
- Ascension Criminal Background Check Results
- Ascension EPLS and OFAC checks
- 12 Panel Drug Screen

Contract Details:
- Guaranteed Hours: 40
- Contract Duration: 90 Weeks
